Servers are back up! (COD6 PS3)

Today an update was released correcting the previous mistake of the last update that put the servers down in the first place. If you were waiting now waiting time is over. All you have to do is open the game up and if your connected to the internet then an update will pop up. Just click install and your good.

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 SERVERS ARE DOWN! PS3

Has your game said ‘Connecting to Matchmaking Server’ and is not moving on or working? The server for the PS3 is down on COD6. Last night the online was working perfectly and now this morning an update was released and all of a sudden the online Modern Warfare is off. The creators of the game "Infinity Ward" are working hard to get the server back up and running. The update they created and released was a Leader Board update that prevents the pirated version of the game, that people are using, to not be able to work online. Now even non-pirated versions are not working? It makes you think why would they just take the update off and put it back on when they figure out the problem? No need to keep people from playing for a day or two?

Huge accomplishment for all of the YouTube community. Youtube started off not very popular, with basic videos that didn't contain much interesting content and now they've spread out to a HUGE community. It's amazing how many different types of video genres they have. They even let popular users get revenue off their viral videos! It has been said by many that YouTube will soon take over T.V. and the Internet will be the new satellite T.V. I have a YouTube Channel that has been doing averagely well. Project Natal (Microsoft XBOX)

Project Natal is a new idea Microsoft is working on. This idea is a motion sensor that connects to the XBOX 360. The sensor picks up movement and sound. An example of what it can do is; if you are playing a basketball game, you can physically jump and take a shot like you would if you were really playing basketball in real life. Psychcomp.com is a information blog (like ours) that informs you about psychology, computers and politics that are recent. I have to say that when I'm reading there posts I can see that they pick them wisely and there very thought-out. They go straight to the point and describe what it is their talking about. One simple thing that stands out about their blog and what makes it interesting is that they show you the first part of their post. It is short and makes you think "That's all?" but they put the option of reading more (the full post). This is just one of the many things that is simple but useful about their blog. PSA: Facebook Virus!

Hello everyone this is not a regular Technology News report, but we would like to give you a warning of a Virus that is going around Facebook at this moment. If someone comments on your status " This is a funny video, you should check it out " or something to that matter and then a link.. Whatever you do, do NOT click it! It will give the people your password, and your computer will receive a virus and they will spam all of your friends with the same thing. So if you haven't been hit by it already, watch out! Also warn your friends because this is affecting a lot of people! So watch out, and stay safe! The Internet is full of traps! Currently I am unaware of a wait too fix this issue, but if this is a problem for you, and you find yourself commenting on status's you know you never did... Change your password! If they are using your password to get onto your account, once it has been changed they won't be able to get on anymore! Or worse case scenario you will be required to delete your account all together and start fresh. As of right now Facebook has not released a report on this issue.. but someone should email the Head of Facebook too see what is up..

3-D Playstation 3 Games

Always thought it would be a great idea to have video games played in 3D (3 Dimensional)? But thought that would bring us to Virtual Reality games, and wouldn't happen for a long time. Well, think again! Sony has decided to tease us with some footage of what gaming would look like if the PlayStation 3 had 3D graphics. They stated that they would not release any specifications of how it would look, but instead gave us a short clip on a young gentleman playing the PS3 with some odd looking glasses. The glasses aren't too terribly bad, they are definitely better looking then the traditional Blue and Red plastic shades worn in most movie theatres. It is definately a good marketing plan because it is leaving everyone with a small taste, but has left us wanting more! This could either be a great improvement for the future of gaming, or the dreaded downfall! Only the future will allow us to see more into this interesting concept!

Apple's Snow Leopard 10.6

Apple released snow leopard on September 5, 2009. You might be thinking YES! It's finally out! BUT this new version of OSX is the best but not a huge step for man from 10.5. All 10.5 users can get an update for a discounted price. But it here off Amazon and save yourself BIG BUCKS! Snow Leopard is the new system to get but my advice is that if you are thinking of getting it but are happy with whatever system you have. I say go for it and buy it today. Some of it's great features are: It's better. faster. and easier to work than Leopard and also there are some added technologies that are built into the system. It's now 64 BIT! This is from 32 bit that all the other operating systems having. Thus making it WAY faster and one more reason to buy it right now! You also get the new Quicktime X with the purchase of 10.6. Overview: It looks way nicer and easier to use. It's technology is amazing and it costs 10.5 users only 29 BUCKS to upgrade. Thanks for reading!

Flying Car (rumored)

A Flying Car? Does that sound totally absurd to you? Well not to the current age of inventors. Hundreds of years ago if you would have asked an individual what a Laptop was, they would have looked at you like you were crazy. Which brings us to come to the conclusion that " Technology is always advancing ". If we would have stopped inventing when Thomas Edison created the basic light bulb, we would not have Environmentally Friendly light bulbs, now would we? The purpose of the " Flying Car " is to allow you to drive on the roads as a car and fly in the air as an aircraft. Sounds like fun, right? Well yes, probably. This would also create a lot of problems. It has taken society a while to create road safety, traffic lights, stop signs and various other devices. So scrap all of that, and try to put all of that in the air.... Now that's a problem. We already have found out that you cannot legitimately make things " float ". So now it's back to the drawing board. Which could take years to come up with the basic concept. So I don't see a flying car anywhere in my future. One thing that they could add to this invention to make it more reasonable, is making it environmentally friendly. Picture the entire world flying around in there cars with fuel.. that could pose a problem. It sounds like a creative/practical idea.. but sadly that's probably as far as it will ever get.

(left, bottom) It's 640x480 resolution and only for video since if it took pictures they would be small and terrible quality. It's other main changes are:
